I'm Ronald Basawil — a Perth-based AI practitioner who shows professionals how to use Claude AI in their daily work. I build AI automation systems for clinics, law firms, and allied health businesses across Australia through RJ Does AI.
After months of using Claude AI daily in my own work, I kept noticing the same thing: the professionals who needed AI the most had no one showing them how to use it. That's where my background came in — for years I've been involved in voluntary public speaking and teaching, regularly presenting to groups of 50–150 people and breaking down complex ideas into language anyone can understand.
